Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy

Shipping Details

  • Standard Delivery Charges: Rs. 250/-

  • Free Delivery: On all orders above Rs. 1,999/-

  • Delivery Time: 5 to 7 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

  • Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During peak seasons or sales, delivery may take up to 10 working days.

  • First-time customers will receive order confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp from our customer service team.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. That’s why we offer a fair and customer-friendly return and exchange policy.

1. Return Period

You can return items within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Sealed in original packaging
    Returns must be sent back through a traceable courier at the customer's expense.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:

  • Notify us within 7 days

  • Ensure all accessories and original packaging are included

  • We’ll process a replacement or refund based on your preference

3. Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or product?

  • Fill out the Exchange Request Form below

  • A courier will deliver the replacement and collect the previous item

  • Exchange fee: Rs. 400 (covers round-trip courier charges)

  • Subject to product availability

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 4–5 working days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer only

  • Delivery charges (usually Rs. 250) are non-refundable

  • In rare cases, refunds may be issued based on tracking details before we receive the return

If your refund seems delayed, please:

  • Check your bank statement

  • Contact your bank or card provider

  • Reach out to us at melzya.official@gmail.com if the issue remains unresolved

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service to avoid lost returns.
Melzya.com is not liable for any items lost during return transit.

6. Non-Refundable Delivery Charges

  • If you return or exchange due to a change of mind or mistaken order, delivery fees will not be refunded

  • Delivery charges are only refundable if Melzya.com is at fault
